Feeling pretty jet-laggy tonight, so details will have to wait until the weekend. Speaking of the weekend, I'll be in full writing mode from AM to PM, so there won't be much weekendy stuff happening - but I've had plenty of that this past week, so no worries.
New York was brilliant - Indian summer and all; upper twenties in Cs on Monday, absolutely fantastic weather - both work wise (I attended an interesting conference and got to hear several top game industry and media leaders speaking, including Michael Eisner of Disney) and otherwise (excellent food, excellent company). I could definitely have stayed longer, but work beckoned. I'll return soon; every time I visit the city, I remember how much I miss it.
Naturally, I also picked up a stack of DVDs, including
Finding Nemo (which I haven't yet seen), the
Tenacious D two-disc set (concert, videos, HBO shorts - the works), season three of
Mr. Show (probably the funniest thing on TV in recent years), and the
Indiana Jones box set. And a few more.
Bed now.
